1. SMS Messaging Program Overview
Ferguson Fire Protection LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS messaging program
through the Guspora™ customer portal to provide service-related communications to our
customers. Messages are sent from our toll-free business number (888) 314-3963 or the short
code/number associated with our messaging service.
1.1 Types of Messages You May Receive
By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of text messages:

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Ferguson Fire Protection LLC through any of
the following methods:
2.1 Web Portal Opt-In
When creating or managing your account on the Guspora™ customer portal (guspora.com), you
will see a clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox:

number provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, invoice
notifications, and compliance alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may
apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
This checkbox is NOT pre-checked. You must voluntarily check the box to opt in. Opting in to
SMS is not required to receive services from Ferguson Fire Protection LLC.
2.2 Verbal Consent
During phone calls or in-person interactions, our team may ask: “Would you like to receive text
message updates about your inspections and service appointments?” If you verbally agree and
provide your mobile phone number, your consent will be recorded with a timestamp in our
system.
2.3 Text-to-Subscribe
You may text the keyword JOIN to (888) 314-3963 to opt in. You will receive a confirmation
message asking you to reply YES to confirm your subscription.
3. HOW TO OPT OUT
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
• Reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us
• Log in to your Guspora™ portal account and disable SMS notifications in your account
settings
• Call us at (812) 987-6958 and request removal
• Email cody@fergusonfireprotection.com with the subject line “SMS Opt Out”
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message: “Ferguson Fire Protection:
You’ve been unsubscribed from SMS alerts. You will not receive any more messages. Reply
JOIN to re-subscribe.”
Opting out of SMS messages will NOT affect your service relationship with Ferguson Fire
Protection LLC. You will continue to receive service and may still be contacted via email or
phone.

5. MESSAGE FREQUENCY & COSTS
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typical customers receive 2–10
messages per month during active service periods. You may receive fewer or no messages
during periods without scheduled services.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ferguson Fire
Protection LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard
messaging rates. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
6. SUPPORTED CARRIERS
Our SMS messaging service is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T,
T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages.
7. PRIVACY & DATA USE
Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used exclusively for the purposes described
in this document. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third
parties for marketing purposes.
SMS consent is not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for promotional purposes.
Your phone number and messaging preferences are stored securely on our platform (hosted on
AWS with AES-256 encryption) and are subject to our Privacy Policy available at
fergusonfireprotection.com/privacy.

8. TCPA COMPLIANCE
Ferguson Fire Protection LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA),
the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) messaging guidelines, and all
applicable federal and state regulations governing SMS communications.
We maintain records of consent including the method of opt-in, timestamp, IP address (for web
opt-ins), and the specific language presented at the time of consent.
9. STIR/SHAKEN & CALLER ID AUTHENTICATION
Our toll-free number (888) 314-3963 is registered with STIR/SHAKEN caller ID authentication
protocols as administered by the Secure Telephone Identity Governance Authority (STI-GA) and
verified through the USTelecom Industry Traceback Group (ITG). This ensures our calls and
messages are properly authenticated and not spoofed.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be
communicated via text message or email notification. Continued receipt of SMS messages after
notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
